Privacy notice

What data we process when you write to us or open a proposal, what we use it for and how to exercise your rights.

Last updated: October 29, 2026 · version 976cfa2

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the one that governs.

1. Who is responsible

Antonio Martínez Quintero, CEO and founder of ITERIS, with its address at Av. Guadalupe 5830, C.P. 45036, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

For anything about privacy, write to hello@iteris.tech.

2. What personal data we process

It depends on how you deal with us:

  • If you write to us by email, WhatsApp, the contact form or a call booking: name, email, phone, company and whatever you tell us about your business and your processes.
  • If you open a proposal or a demo on iteris.tech, demo.iteris.tech, idea.iteris.tech or hola.iteris.tech: the pages you view, your clicks, date and time, browser and device type, and your IP address. If the content has a password, an access cookie. In your browser we store whether you accepted the terms, whether you skipped the welcome screen and the color theme you chose.
  • If the site hits an error: technical data about the error, such as the page and the browser.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (racial or ethnic origin, health, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, political opinions or sexual preference), nor for bank details. Please do not send them. The data shown inside prototypes is sample data and belongs to no one.

3. What we use it for

Necessary purposes, without which we cannot help you:

  • Give you access to the proposal or demo we shared and protect its content.
  • Reply to your messages, book calls and handle your requests.
  • Follow up on the proposal we presented, including preparing a quote.
  • Measure how proposals are used, detect errors and keep the site secure.
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to requests from authorities.

We have no additional purposes: we do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it. If we ever wanted to send you information you did not ask for, we would tell you first and ask for your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the providers that help us operate receive it, and they process it on our behalf and for these same purposes:

  • Site hosting and delivery (Vercel or another infrastructure provider).
  • Analytics and error tracking tools.
  • Scheduling and communication: a booking tool, WhatsApp and email.

Some of these providers are outside Mexico, so your data may be processed in other countries. We may also share it with authorities when a law or an order requires it.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use an access cookie, needed to remember that you already entered the password, and your browser's local storage to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can delete them from your browser; if you do, the site will ask for the password and the terms again.

6. How to limit the use of your data or withdraw consent

You can ask us to stop using your data to follow up on a proposal, or withdraw the consent you gave us, by writing to hello@iteris.tech. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively. Technical security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the site.

7. Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its cancellation and object to its use. To exercise them, write to hello@iteris.tech with:

  1. your name and a way to reply to you;
  2. a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise;
  3. anything that helps us find your information, for example the name of the proposal you received.

Before handing over your data we confirm your identity. We reply within 20 business days and, if your request is granted, we carry it out within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once, for the same length, when the case justifies it. If you believe we did not respect your rights, you can go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the Mexican authority for personal data held by private parties.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while the conversation or the proposal lasts, and then up to 12 months without activity to follow up, unless you ask us to cancel it sooner.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change affects the purposes for which we use your data, we let you know through the contact channel we have and, when needed, ask for your consent again.
